My Story
My career in philanthropy has been defined by disciplined strategy, sustained donor stewardship, and measurable growth across national and international organizations.
For more than two decades, I have served in executive advancement roles within nonprofit and ministry environments — leading regional development initiatives, overseeing advancement divisions, and cultivating major and planned gifts that strengthen long-term mission sustainability.
Throughout my tenure in estate and asset services and executive development leadership, I have consistently generated multi-million-dollar gift value annually, including raising between $3–5 million per year in planned and estate gifts. My work contributed to significant capital initiatives, including participation in a $63 million capital campaign, while consistently meeting or exceeding annual production goals.
Over the course of my career, I have:
• Led executive-level advancement teams overseeing development, communications, and donor relations
• Cultivated and secured major, foundation, corporate, and planned gifts exceeding seven figures
• Directed regional estate and legacy gift strategies
• Supported endowment growth and stewardship board engagement
• Designed comprehensive revenue-generation strategies for national and global ministries
• Strengthened donor engagement systems across diverse constituencies
As a senior advancement leader, I have supervised integrated development operations — aligning marketing, communications, volunteer engagement, database systems, and congregation relations to support sustainable revenue growth. In one executive role, I helped increase annual organizational revenue from $9 million to $12 million through diversified funding strategies and strengthened donor cultivation.
My approach to donor engagement is relational, strategic, and long-term. Through intentional portfolio management, estate planning conversations, and structured cultivation cycles, I have guided donors toward legacy commitments that extend beyond annual giving into generational impact.
With professional certifications in gift planning and philanthropy, I bring technical expertise in planned giving vehicles alongside executive-level leadership experience. My work bridges strategic vision and operational discipline — ensuring that philanthropic infrastructure is built to endure.
Philanthropy should not depend on short-term momentum. It should be structured, stewarded, and sustained for generations.
